The 2021 Spring Festival Travel Rush starts from January 28^th, and will end on March 8^th, spanning 40 days in total. The goals of this emergency plan operation are “unified operation, fast response, efficient handling, satisfying customer feedback”, which will last through the whole travel rush period. The emergency plan covers products ranging from new energy vehicles to energy storage and charging products purchased from Yinlong, providing services such as security, maintenance,and troubleshooting. At the same time, Yinlong is well-prepared for any emergency such as roadside rescue that needs to be responded and tended to in real time, guaranteeing a free flow of vehicles on road during the travel rush.     

Yinlong emergency support teams for Spring Festival Travel Rush are going to set up emergency tools, parts and materials in service stations in advance, which allows quick response to vehicle breakdown that would otherwise cause major congestion in this special period of time. In addition, a real time data transmission mechanism is established to ensure a timely communication, which could report and track any abnormal vehicle status to guarantee an orderly bus operation, while reducing the risk of being exposed to virus.

Setting a High Service Standard for the Industry

Spring Festival Travel Rush concerns hundreds of millions of people’s needs to travel across the country, it is also a major test to the service security capacity of the national transportation industry. In the Prevention and Control Plan for Transportation During the 2021 Spring Festival Travel Rush recently released by the Ministry of Transport, the prevention and control standard in seven fields, including road passenger transportation, city public diesel and electric buses, are brought to a higher standard.
