Recently, the testing center of Zhuhai Guangtong Automobile Co., LTD, a subsidiary company of Yinlong Energy, was given CNAS approval by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (hereinafter referred to as CNAS). This means that the independent testing and analysis capacity and quality management system of the Yinlong testing center was given recognition from the authority and the testing result within approval range of the testing center is now recognized by the global community. Approval from Authoritative Organization

CNAS is a national organization established under the approval of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. It specializes on the assessment of certification body, laboratory and inspection agency. CNAS gives certifications of laboratory approval to testing and calibration laboratories that meet the “General Capacity Requirements of Testing and Calibration Laboratory” and have the ability to undertake the corresponding service testing. The testing report produced by the approved laboratory can be sealed by the CNAS and the ILAC, and is recognized by the international community.

As one of the few experimental platforms in the industry with independent testing and analysis ability, Yinlong Energy testing center has a number of testing of top level in the industry. It has passed a number of proficiency testing of domestic and international levels. That Yinlong testing center successfully obtained CNAS laboratory approval this time shows its quality management system is in line with national standards, and its testing ability reaches advanced level of the industry. It has a positive effect on ensuring product quality, advancing new product development, pushing enterprise transformation and upgrading and promoting industrial development. By the end of December 2020, Yinlong Energy has applied for 2,813 patents and has been authorized 1,664 patents in total, covering products of various fields such as lithium battery materials, electric vehicle powertrains and intelligent energy storage.

Significant Improvement in Hardware Facilities

Costing more than 120 million yuan and covering an area of 4,391 square meters, Yinlong Energy Testing Center was completed in 2018. Its testing capabilities include vehicle and its spare parts, system, environmental reliability, functional safety and network simulation, It has set up more than 20 professional laboratories, including laboratory for key components fatigue endurance, laboratory for motor drive, laboratory for vehicle six pillar road simulation and so on, and the range of testing covers new energy automobile parts, systems, vehicle, etc., to ensure 100% product factory qualified rate.

After years of construction and improvement, the hardware strength of Yinlong Energy testing center has been significantly improved. It has broken the bottleneck of automobile enterprises, which are usually weak in quality control, and gained approval from various authorities. In 2019, Yinlong Energy testing center obtained the admission qualification for hydrogen fuel cell vehicle testing and mastered the technology of fuel cell system control and hydrogen storage system control, which is conducive to promoting the healthy and rapid development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry. In 2020, with the industry leading testing levels, Yinlong testing center was awarded approval from "Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center", and was given the "Guangdong Engineering Research Center for New Energy Automotive Safety and Energy Saving" title, "China Quality Association Quality Award - Reliability Management Excellent Project" and so on, yielding fruitful results.
